Needs improving
Constantly crashes which makes navigating through the app a pain. While logging any kind of maintenance issue you’re required to log it in categories and none of them are actually related to any problems a tenant might have. These are really the only reasons I would use the app for so overal I just avoid using it tbf. Could do with a massive update

Overall good! It’s convenient to submit a maintenance request online. But I don’t quite understand some of the categories and the wording. So sometimes I could not find the correct category to submit my request.

Doesn’t work
You can’t scroll for more than 5 seconds without the whole app closing down and it posts comments multiple times. Just doesn’t work in general.

Easy to use and quick turnarounds
The app is very intuitive to use and lets to request/ raise a variety of issues. The team replies promptly and issues are usually resolved within a week.
Not always working payment system
The worldpY payment system is slow and complicated. It doesn’t seem to always work easily
UI for requesting service
The categories for requesting service and maintenance are incredibly poor. They have things like ‘bath plug’ and ‘sink plug’ but don’t have things like ‘loss of heating’.
