Ad Removal
Took a subscription out to remove the ads and enlarge the screen. Ads removed but the screen has stayed the same, just a blank black area where the ads used to be, not what I was expecting.Chris61166

The blank area remains in order to aid users who have on-screen controls that overlap with app buttons. This blank area can be adjusted or removed by tapping it and reducing the "screen offset buffer" down to zero - The Satmap Teamcan’t create an account
I tried a few times to create an account and appeared to get stuck in a “create a new account loop.” The help wasn’t much help, tried everything & got nowhere, deleted.Pixelpopper

By supplying your name, email and password on the sign-up form, you should have received an email with a confirmation link. Clicking on the link in the email will complete the process, and you should be able to log in and use the app - The Satmap Teamabsolutely useless if you can’t create an account!
How do you create an account? Won’t accept my email or doesn’t it like my password, which? The help (?) doesn’t tell you what the parameters for passwords are!Cmmmmmx

Hi - Apologies - we will add some help detail. The only password requirements are 8-16 characters - that's all. There is hover text on the Xpedition2.com website, but we'll replicate that on the App. Thanks for the feedback, always appreciated - The Satmap Team
