Can’t book a swim class
Unable to book a swim class on the app or website. Infuriating loop of being asked to log in, and only showing the next swim session as an option to book. I guess I’ll have to phone up but sort of defeats the object of having an app with booking

Not even close to being a useful app
No pool timetables
Used to be able to see timetables. Now you have to download to see pool timetable and lane swim times. But when you click download it’s just a blank timetable. Rubbish

The person who takes the class Jason is informative and encouraging to all members of the class respected of age and condition of the participants

I go to Saddleworth only if you could change the app if another person is taking the class as some of us like who we like and would appreciate the heads up. As I travel 15 minutes to get to the centre and would like more choices at night for studio classes please thank you
Can’t SignUp
I can’t register on the app as the drop down boxes don’t work when asked to input D.O.B. I’m using iPhone 12 Pro iOS 14.7.1
