Application crashes when preparing book.

thank you for sharing your feedback, we are sorry to hear of the issue you faced. In our latest release (v3.0.2), we've added ability to view EBSCO eBooks online (in addition the the previously-released eBook downoad functionality). So, you should now be able to view EBSCO eBooks directly from the app, even if downloading is not available (or not working) for a particular eBook. Please continue to share any feedback via mobileappsupport@ebsco.com and we'd be happy to assist.

Great App

The EBSCO mobile app is really intuitive, with a nice UI and great integration from their desktop version. Super useful!

Stopped working

Completely stopped working today. Can’t search, can’t see articles. Connection is perfect, app won’t work.

Pretty good, but...

I’ve just downloaded the app and I like it so far. As a college student it’s really useful for searching for sources on the go. However, there is no way to access My Folders where I keep all my sources that I’ve found already. Considering that was my reason for downloading the app, I’m kind of disappointed. Please create a place for My Folders, that would be great :)

Thank you for trying out the app and for sharing your feedback, and we are glad that you find it useful for your on-the-go searching needs. Automatic synchronization with desktop (website) folders is key need that many app users have identified. Currently, the EBSCO Mobile app will automatically synchronize Liked items in the app with the "My Folders" section of your My EBSCOhost website account, if you are logged in with a personal user account. The app does not yet synchronize with the "My Custom" folders, this is a planned enhancement. If you are facing any issues or have further questions on the "My Folders" sync'ing, please reach out to mobileappsupport@ebsco.com with details and we'd be glad to take a further look. Thanks again for your input.

NO GOOGLE LOGIN

PLEASE, make the google login pop up when you hit “sign in”.

I am able to sign in to my university and access the database but unable to access any of my folders because there is no way to sign in through google on the app. Very frustrating.

We are pleased to report thatGoogle Login is now fully supported within the app, as long as it is supported by your library. If you have previously affliated your library with your Google account, Google sign-in can be used when signing-in to a personal account from within the app. Additionally, Google sign-in may be avaiable when initially logging in to the app after selecting your library (depending on your library's authentication setting). If you continue to face any issues, please send an email to mobileappsupport@ebsco.com with your library details, we'd be glad to take a further look and try to resolve this problem for you. Terrific and very useful app for students, scholars, educators, librarians, etc

This is a great, user-friendly app. As a librarian and writer I really appreciate the time and effort EBSCO put into developing the user experience. You can read original full-text PDFs and HTML, favorite, forward metadata via text/airdrop/email, discover related subject headings and what is popular, search linked data (author, etc).

Very easy to use

A great companion for doing research when I’m away from my computer. Very intuitive and does everything that you expect it to.

Perfect for on-the-go research

This app is great; it has a simple, user-friendly interface which allows me to easily find lots of scholarly, peer-reviewed content for my research projects. I belong to multiple libraries and the app allows me to switch to and from accounts easily.

Based on your comment, you may also wish to try (if you haven't already) using personalized functionality -- which includes the ability to seamlessly synhronize any artcles/items that you've "Liked" in the app with your MyEBSCOhost folders for website/desktop access (and vice-versa).
