Listen, this is a great product that is complimented with an absolutely horrible app and Bluetooth connect. Stop using your relative,friend, IT dude that you know work on it for free. Invest a little money in a better app. and you will literally have an amazing product. I love it without this feature……but

AMAZING
Although Bluetooth may not be the fastest this lock also comes with key cards in the even I need to be quicker and it’s perfect! The Bluetooth feature is fun for showing off my AR in a drop down feature to my friends and I couldn’t be more pleased!

The app is a joke.
1. If you need to defend yourself, you are basically saying people grab their phone first.
2. Reconnect every time you open the app.
3. Mine connects 1 out of 9 try’s.
4. It only works if I’m standing within 3ft of the box. Which at that point just use the card. 🙄
Stop selling these and saying easy access, because they are not.
They do look cool though.

Works great! Just 1 update..
I love it.. simple and easy to use. Not sure what everyone else is whining about. Just needs to be already connected when I open the app so that I can instantly open the safe. Add that and I’ll send a new updated review! Thank you
Nice product horrible app
First why would you use white letters on a white background? I can barely read the Home Screen. Second, I couldn’t get the app to connect to the product.
Update: it is connecting but since the words are white on a white background, I couldn’t see it. The PIN number that they provide in the packaging is handwritten, apparently by a toddler who can’t distinguish a 0 from a 6. This is terrible.

Crap for an app
Yes as it sound! Nice product but don’t release an app that can bring you down!! Change the app we can’t name our frames, it keeps asking for connections!! What the use of getting more than one frame if I got guess which number belongs to what frame…Also David K please fix the font color on the app cannot see any serial numbers anymore

Agreed! This app needs a serious update!
The Bluetooth having to connect to your concealment cabinet every time you open the app takes way took long.
For the entire purpose of this app is to have quick access to your personal items is a complete failure.
The idea is awesome but the execution is a failure. Please update ASAP. It could be life or death!!

Crap app
When seconds count the app is only minutes away from opening. It’s like using dial up internet 🤦♂️ such a shame. The whiskey barrel is ok but way too heavy and the frame is not put together very well. If you want to center it on a wall and you don’t put the screws in the sides the 2x4s are not mounted to the back well at all and will fall right off I got hit in the face with it trying to straighten out the drawer. It would be nice if the locking mechanism was mounted on the wall mount not the barrel cover sure would be easy to adjust the crooked drawer that doesn’t open or close very well hopefully my mirror is better than this

App stinks
The app hardly ever connects. Hope I never need it in a bad situation. This needs to get fixed.
This app needs a serious update!
I can understand why maybe as a security measure you may need to lock out the device to then reconnect to gain access when idle. However, if I open the app and I need to protect myself, waiting for a reconnection via Bluetooth every time I open the app is not in the best interest when I’m protecting my family. I think the solution may be to allow Face ID/ Touch ID integration for iOS users and leave the app on standby and ready to go when I need my firearm. Please consider these changes and you product will be just amazing! Love the products, but I hate the app. Please fix it. Thank you.
