Self rehab app
I've done all kinds of stroke rehab practices in the past. I never paid for any of them and used internet and friends as a source of “research”. But nothing ever worked that well. After a week into this app, I’m becoming more aware of how I treat my body. Compared to other rehab programs like Strocit and 9zest, this one is heavy on psychology and motivation. I've caught myself checking how I sit, eat, sleep, and exercise. It’s changing my perspective on rehab.Show lessJacob K H
