Absolutely disgusting customer services app won’t let you log back in, done everything that the website has said to do and still nothing, no response to my complaint and can’t speak to anyone in person absolutely disgusting will not be using costa anymore!!!!

Since updating inviting friends doesn’t give you the 5 free beans each anymore so you’ve lost my daily custom to a rival 🤬

This is awful and not working properly. I still haven’t even been able to log in and know that many others are having the same issues. Come on Costa, get this sorted please!
Login In Not Working
Cannot log in, states credentials incorrect, I know for sure they are. Password reset also does not work, received email with reset process but link takes to log in page.

Can’t even log in
The app does not send me the OTP so I can go past the log in page. This is annoying and must be fixed as I am a regular customer and would benefit from the beans discounts given. Please fix this

Hot day, gasping for a cold milkshake: walked into Costa Antelope Park Shopping Park, met a smiley Hayley, who greeted me warmly and explained she was finishing-off an order, I appreciated that, and soon I was been served Tripical Mango Frape and given the three options of milk(how good is that ?!) WOW?! Visually appealing swirls of gorgeous mango swirls inside and creaminess with tiny pops of fruit exploding as sip-up! Thanks Hayley The Best Refreshment and service!!

Works if you speak Arabic
For reasons of it’s own, although I pick English language in settings, the app opens in Arabic with no choice of a different language. Reinstall, reboot, same thing. So much for the improved redesigned version.
Wrong language
When I download the app it automatically opens in Arabic. I don’t read Arabic.
