THIS APP IS A SCAM
I DOWNLOADED THIS APP And IT IS A DISGRACE. LONG STORY SHORT I CONFIRMED THAT EVEN IF YOU SAVE YOUR PASSWORD THROUGH IOS KEYCHAIN. They still say that your credentials are invalid. Also, if you request to reset it. The email never comes. Download and try for yourself. If that’s the case don’t offer the app. You save the consumers frustration and yourself. Horrible

Very unhappy customer
Every day points are added towards Gold then by the next day they mostly disappear I should have been at Gold level by now. I have complained at the store and they’ve e mailed to so called management. Complete waste of time. The criteria of how the Gold points are awarded needs to be available on the app.

Can't get OTP
I've changed my phone and forgot the password so every time I try to reset the otp required never recieved. Please look into this issue.
