Amazing app and the best instructor
I was initially extremely apprehensive about driving and had a lot of anxiety about getting behind the wheel. I spoke to one of the Learnr team on the phone and they immediately put me at ease - they listened to my concerns and put in the effort to recommend an instructor who was patient, kind and really took the time to get to know me, my triggers and ways he could make me feel more comfortable. After I passed my test, Learnr called me to congratulate me and took the time to listen to my feedback. The owner of this app scams anyone that uses this app. I payed for 10 lessons and as per their “satisfaction guarantee” I requested a refund for any unused lessons after I wasn’t happy with the first one. The reply I then had was that I’m the terms and conditions you need to apply for the refund within 24 hours of the lesson. This isn’t made apparent and I am having a huge amount of difficulty in getting the refund that I deserve.Show lessLBF4

Hi Luca, after having your first driving lesson, you proceeded to book all of your remaining driving lessons within the following weeks. It wasn't until 3 weeks after your first lesson that you got in touch to ask how you can get a refund on remaining hours as you had found another driving instructor elsewhere with more availability. You also told us that you'd booked all of your remaining lessons with Alan 'just in case you needed them'. At no point did you tell us you were dissatisfied with the quality of your driving lesson. We understand that it can be hard to find a great driving instructor and that everyone has a different style of learning. We want all learners to have a great experience with their learning experience, which is why we have implemented one of the most generous refund policies across any driving school nationally. This is why we offer a full refund guarantee on your first lesson. Although we state that you need to contact us within 24 hours to let us know, we are pragmatic and of course we will do our best to help even if you contact us for a refund even if you do it slightly after this timescale.Amazing app and service!

There’s a lot of instructors and vehicles to choose from as I feel the app was designed to suit every student’s needs (which is a huge plus for me as I get anxious easily around people). My instructor was amazing, dealt with my nerves fantastically and I felt in very safe hands as (Alan) took the time to, not only answer all my questions, but to create a calm anxiety-free environment! I’m quite happy with the app because I wouldn’t of had found my instructor without it. The costumer service is excellent as well, welcoming, and they make sure to understand and resolve every and any question that may arise in a very fast timeframe. Easy way to book driving lessons
Saw Learnr on a flyer and thought I’d download it as I was struggling to find a driving instructor - most were a wait of weeks or months and spent ages having to email around. Downloaded Learnr last week and already had 2 lessons - well happy. Would recommend :)AllySC1
