Customer support needs organising
I messaged my driver in march and it is now October and I have not heard anything back from him. There is no obvious way to change drivers and absolutely no obvious way to refund.
Long story short, good looking app with an attractive service but I’d try find something else if I were you…

Hi Luca, after having your first driving lesson, you proceeded to book all of your remaining driving lessons within the following weeks. It wasn't until 3 weeks after your first lesson that you got in touch to ask how you can get a refund on remaining hours as you had found another driving instructor elsewhere with more availability. You also told us that you'd booked all of your remaining lessons with Alan 'just in case you needed them'. At no point did you tell us you were dissatisfied with the quality of your driving lesson. We understand that it can be hard to find a great driving instructor and that everyone has a different style of learning. We want all learners to have a great experience with their learning experience, which is why we have implemented one of the most generous refund policies across any driving school nationally. This is why we offer a full refund guarantee on your first lesson. Although we state that you need to contact us within 24 hours to let us know, we are pragmatic and of course we will do our best to help even if you contact us for a refund even if you do it slightly after this timescale.
