When planned and provisioned correctly, it does everything we need it to.
Disappointing lack of reliability
Always going down. Constant issues when compared to our previous VPN software. We are told it's a better VPN, but we haven't seen it from a user reliability perspective.
Too many issues
We have had nothing but issue after issue with this VPN. Up and down all day. Many conflicts with other software. No sure why our IT department changed from our reliable VPN to this piece. Issues on both Windows and iOS.
Disconnects and connects
Occasionally disconnects and reconnects rapidly over and over
VPN tab keeps disappearing
VPN tab keeps disappearing. I always have to uninstall, reinstall, and set up the VPN from scratch. This happens every few days.
App is horrible and SAML SSL never works
They keep removing negative reviews as well confirming this same issue with other users.
Works, but could be better
App has consistently improved although there still needs to be better implementation of SSLVPN to avoid random disconnects and/or initial connection issues. Integration with FortiToken also requires more attention. All in all, IOS version is less reliable than desktop app.
