Some of the most trivial bugs causing extreme damage
Loom literally does not work. You upload a video and its literally a lottery. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes the viewers basically get stuck on the same part of the video.

This app has been nothing but helpful. I am so grateful to have this app. It is so so so so so great to have. Also don’t listen to the people that say it’s bad. It is amazing and there is no glitching and no bad audio. Everything is amazing and great. I am just starting my small business and I am going to do a business fair first to get things going and this app helps me communicate with my partner ever better! Again, I am so grateful for this app. I am so exited to go back after writing this review and go work on another video! 😘😘😘🫶🏻🫶🏻

Buggy and not the same loom experience
I use Loom regularly, at least 3-5 videos per day for my team, and have been doing that for years. So I (mostly) love Loom on the desktop. It is great to have an IpadOS version, but there are many bugs and glitches, like: 1. Incomplete uploads can’t be removed, 2. Sometimes you upload a video with sound, but on loom no sound plays (it works fine when uploaded to google drive), 3. trying to re-name an ios recording shows a screen where the text you are typing is obscured so you can’t actually see what you’re typing, 4. About 1 in 5 times, if you record directly in Loom, the upload fails altogether and it has to be re-recorded. It’s so frustrating that I always just record to Photos (way more reliable) then upload to Loom (but see points #1 and #2). It is just too buggy, especially for the high rating.

Fantastic Program
If I hadn’t of used this program this weekend I would never of resolved my IT issue with my website and talking with others showing step by step issues using the video format. This video program is worth using and got me out of a deep hole this weekend. Much much appreciated Loom thank you
Fast and easy to use for a first time
This is the first time I’m using the Loom app and it was a fast and easy process for me to do my first video and audio recording to start my business ventures for the future.
I mean it sort of works
I paid for the full version with the A.I bot, the editing is ok, but the video saves in a manner that the sound is delayed, not terrible but gives the feel of the old Godzilla movies dubbed in English, the part that is the most frustrating is that the video will stop recording with no warning, which at a minimum cutting off the last bit of what you are saying but usually cutting off half of your entire message. I have plenty of 10 minute messages, but today it decides to cut off two looms around the 4- 5 minute mark, (one covering what was cut off in the first one, that has to be then covered in a third one) and like I said no warning, no notification, just here is your almost finished product.

Can’t screen record or annotate
Wanting to use my IPad and Apple Pencil to record and annotate client feedback but the feature just doesn’t work on my 1yr old IPad Air. Not only that, it seems that the app just gets forgotten about when it comes to features and apps.
The IPad is arguably the better device to allow for annotating on yet no app really seems to do that and I’m really not sure why. I hoped LOOM would be different but just the same as the rest.
