Useless
Absolutely useless. It just lets me screen record my screen, I can’t see my face, if I wanted to just screen record I could just use the built in screen recorder.

terrible
Can’t record screen and video at the same time, recording keeps crashing randomly, screen audio is delayed and played twice. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with an app like this.

The audio is in mono. Yikes.
Well, the screen recording quality seemed pretty good but the audio came out mono and sounded "grungy". I mean, it's free so I can't argue with that, lol.

Need more options
Loom is not a new business or new technology, but they are growing in popularity and have put a ton of work into their UI/UX and that makes it easy to continue using it while hoping for quality of life improvements on the functionality. Web app / desktop app / and mobile app still need more options and settings for the recording setup.

Just a waste of time for iPad users.
So disappointed with this. Just useless for iOS users and worse still they bury those facts, wasting hours of time.
1. No way to record self (camera) and screen at the same time.
2. No way to trim the video after creation.

I couldn’t care less if it’s down to loom or Apple , it felt like i was back in the 1990s. Rubbish and old fashioned and definitely not as described.

None I know have a desktop now. All are on ipads so fix this.

Doesn’t work with iOS
This is an amazing piece of software that worked great on my MacBook, but the app for my iPhone did not work. I was able to record my screen and my voice with the iPhone app and then edit the video on Loom‘s website, but when I went to download the edited video, the edits weren’t there. I spent about a week and a half going back-and-forth with Looms tech-support and they acknowledged the issue but couldn’t resolve it. So if you wanna capture your iPhone screen and edit it with this app, look elsewhere.
