  • Game wouldn’t play

    After only a few minutes the game wanted me to unlock. I kept trying by returning to main menu but to no avail. Paid for the game to unlock it, it made no difference at all, the games just wouldn’t play. Deleted and reinstalled, no difference. Have emailed support and requested a refund from Apple.

  • Game doesn’t work

    I paid 9.99 for this game and it keeps kicking me to the purchase screen. Can’t play it at all

  • Glitches bad

    During game play it returns to Home Screen and does not allow to play
  • Cannot restore purchase

    I bought this game when it first came out and download it to play again and it will not go past the first page. It keeps asking me to purchase. I click already purchased it says OK but then keeps reverting back to purchase it and not let me play the game

  • Paid for game but won’t play

    Paid £5.99 right at start of game (unusual as usually let’s you play part of the game before payment) but locks immediately and asks you to repay. This is in the first room and every time you focus on something it goes back to start screen and ask you to pay again. Not the standard I expect from labyrinth games

  • Labyrinths of the Worlds: Island

    Domini Games support is not responding. I cannot contact anyone in regards to my purchase of this game. I have usually had good luck with your games but for LoW:Island it has been a very unsettling experience. The one time I didn’t read the reviews and I get unsavory results.

    I purchased this game and I couldn’t even play 1 minute of the game. Major problem. I tried to contact support by using the appropriate “help” button. Nothing happens. 2nd major problem. Tried to contact the Domini Games on website. Nothing happens. 3rd major problem. 3 strikes.

    I want a refund. You are doing a disservice to the gaming industry.

  • Don’t purchase!

    This game crashes in the first few clicks when playing. Unfortunately after spending the 6.99 and contacting domini app support. It is very unlikely they will respond let alone refund you! Don’t purchase!

  • Seems ok

    Seemed good until I had to pay to unlock full game which I went to do as I love these games but upon clicking on the button it glitched and now won’t load up again
    Not sure what to do now as I’ve deleted and redownloaded it already and it’s done the exact same thing

  • Very very very disappointing

    DEVELOPER!

    I have had nothing but problems with this game I have many games on my iPad with no issues. I have reached out to your support team and it’s still unplayable. Three times now it has flashed off.

    Every time it happens I have to start all over. This is not acceptable.

    I don’t want a game with this many problems BUT, what I expect is a full refund.

    If you don’t refund this I will contact Apple. This is the last time I contact you or support!
