Easiest way to stay up to date on news
Volv has quickly become one of my favorite apps. I find myself scrolling Volv at night until I get tired which is much more satisfying than endless scrolling on TikTok that keeps me up all night.
Constantly asking for notifications
I’ve been using this app for several months now and I really enjoy it. It’s a great way to get brief news on various topics and read articles about the items I really care about. However, I’m not appreciating the new update that constantly asks me to turn on notifications. I can barely scroll past three articles before it asks me again. I don’t like to have notifications on for most every app because it can be distracting. Volv has a rare place on my home screen and I check it often, but I’m not sure I can handle this annoying pop up much longer. Please, ask once then respect my decision not to allow notifications. Because yes, Volv does really work without it :)

Stop trying to get me to turn on my notifications
I’ve been using this app for years but recently it keeps wanting me to “stay updated” and give me a pop up which takes me to my settings to turn on notifications. If I dont want to be notified by all the drama in the world than stop trying to force it..I’ll use the app when I want and have enough notifications happening already.

Easily digestible news segments with relevant stories!
So refreshing
I am really enjoying this app. I use to be a news junkie but had to stop to save my sanity. This app lets you choose three topics you’d like to hear about then gives you really fun, bite size snippets of info. I avoid US news and politics and finally feel like I can get my news fix and learn interesting things on a platform without wanting to bury my head in the sand

Need lookup function
My English was not so good, I want to lookup some words,but it can’t select text and show the lookup menu. it’s let me feeling failure.
Quick go to for lots of categories
This is my go to for quick synopsis of business, world news, pop culture etc. I check it before google news, apple news and npr. The Ux design is great also
The app is excellent but
For some god forsaken reason every time I open the app from a notification, it endlessly shifts from top to bottom or right to left, it is unbelievably annoying as it makes it impossible to actually read the news, lol..
