No idea how to use
I’ve tried to contact their support several times and no help whatsoever. They email me back but don’t give any solutions. No idea how to get this started or use it. Horrible app development. Not user friendly at all. They need a novice to advise them so an average person can use it. Even in their instructions, it’s completely nonsense and talks over a average person. Will never be a big player until they get app development better and user friendly. For now use another service.

Clearer documentation + better UX/UI needed
My OXT balance in MetaMask somehow got locked up, though I don’t recall initiating any staking. If I try and transfer any amount I get “insufficient balance”. I have more than enough OXT and ETH.
I think it’s how it draws the balance for the app to work. Adding more OXT to MetaMask just locks up that amt as well, there is no distinction between a tradable vs reserved balance. I think they’re trying to get there but the UI looks wonky and the UX could have done a better job of accomplishing MVP tasks.
Deleting the app is probably not what you want to do, especially if you had a paid account with a balance you hadn’t used yet.
I seemed to have lost access to my previous account, hence why this may appear as a new review vs editing the one I left about 1hr ago and the app asks for details to create a new account or access an old one.
I ended up getting the OXT out, which is what I was trying to do to begin with. I had to go through Uniswap, which looks like first it created a contract to control the OXT, then allowed me to swap it for ETH.
I think I’ll leave this one alone for a while. Needs work.

You rely on a ‘curated list’ of nodes. That is, trusted nodes. If you want decentralization trust less is non-negotiable. Despite the Orchid’s team smack talking Tor because it’s maintained by volunteers? it has never been broken. That’s why it’s banned in many authoritarian countries. It’s free and withstood many years of attacks by states with enormous resources and they still can’t break it.

This is just a great VPN because it utilises Blockchain Protocol. Why use a VPN built on Web 1.0 when you could use one built on the concept of Web 2.0! Move with the times, this is one to watch...

App freezes constantly, usually have to click buttons several times for them to work. Input fields are the same.
OpenVPN configuration doesn't work at all.

Amazing
Best VPN in the game! Used to be a tunnel bear user. Not any longer. Read a lot on this and I’m shocked this isn’t a main stream app yet. Great for anyone who is protecting their personal information!
