Gators app failed
This is the worst update for sports I have. I primarily used the app to check for the time and place for any game of Gators- women and men. This update makes it SO difficult to find that information I can’t use it . This is a waste of time.Gator Mena
Horrible UX
The one thing that people would use this thing for - access to their tickets - is garbage. I can’t log out of the account I entered because there is no way to sign out, which is user experience 101. Even deleting the app doesn’t help because it automatically logs you back in to the same account when you re-install. If you’re going to force people to use virtual tickets at least try to make it so that the experience is a good one.Julio O A
Horrible App
I accidentally signed in with the wrong Ticketmaster account and there is no sign out button so I can log in with the right Ticketmaster account and now I cannot access my season tickets. There is no sign out feature in the app which is pretty standard. This needs to be fixed soon, please. My tickets are mobile only!Gator Gitl 78
Wont show tickets
Mine has stopped working. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled twice. Keeps saying I have no tickets but on pc they’re all there. And no other option for tickets right now means waiting in line at ticket booth to get sortedChez3434
Needs Work
I so wanted to live this app since I’m an avid Gator fan living outside of FL. I’ve had the app for over a year, but have had repeated issues with the app not pulling up “News” or “Schedule” information on my iPhone 10. The connection on my phone is good for the other apps I have, but this one just sits blank 90% of the time. I receive all of the updates, so it’s not an issue of not downloading the different versions. I even resorted to removing the app and reinstalling it. That seemed to work for about a month before I encountered the same issue with its failure to load the “News” and “Schedule” features. Very frustrating to a Gator fan.Casperson1

This app is not good with its updates they are days later or not at all. The app should have a click update on recruiting which it does not. My grade poorlife time gator

loading tickets for home game 1 was a disaster, and TN tix will not load to Apple Wallet, as students were asked to do! It's absolute garbage! Fix it, Ticketmaster...or go back to paper tickets until it's right!!!gatorfan5519
Needs major update
The app is awful. It led to missing an entire quarter of the first home game because the app would not load while trying to pull my ticket up to get back to my seat. The apple wallet feature doesn’t work, so there’s no way to pull your ticket up without using the thin-worn WiFi or cellular service. It has caused a lot of stress before and during the game. Ho hum...
Not terribly impressed. App loads slowly and is sluggish. The only thing that populated in the account section is the legal stuff. Other than the stats, info, etc, there’s not much there. Since I have paper tickets, all the hype about digital tickets is meaningless. There is no help or support tab. I’m at a loss to see the value of this app.JJohnJJ
