Good app but passport doesn’t work in wallet app

Great App Overall
The app is a great addition to gamedays and centralizes a lot of information for me as a student (season schedules, student and guest tickets, ordering concessions, etc). This app definitely has a lot of potential. One issue my friends and I have encountered is that many times the app won’t let us add a ticket to our iPhone wallets — I’m not sure if this is a problem from this app or Ticketmaster; the error message we get is “Web page loading failed”. Adding the ticket to the wallet makes it a lot easier to get into the stadium and it would be great to be able to use this with no problems. Other than this, a great app overall!ThePersonThatReviews

Ticket management is terrible
Can’t seem to download my ticket, never had a problem downloading the old paper tickets. That, and it’s slow and doesn’t have very good security.5thyearstudent
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
I don’t know who’s idea it was to make the tickets online but this ironically makes it more of a hassle to get tickets and sit with people. Tremendously bad!nconforti
Bring Back Paper Tickets!!!
Let students have the option to get tickets from the stadium ticket office! I’ve gotten student tickets each year, and its become almost a tradition to meetup with friends to grab tickets together. The apps good, but forcing change rather than easing into it is just plain stupid.NexGenSlayer
Not a great start
Right off the bat I noticed that logging into student tickets requires only an email address, no password at all... Really?? Cannot give credit to anything else in the app because this error is so egregious.g8r.gr8
