This release is mainly a bugfix release for the regression that broke Geopackage editing support. Other changes: * added a setting to enable/disable the use of google services for the location * added a SKIP button for the coach markers * first tests on unicode support for pdf export

Version 1.6.3 brings bugfixes for errors being thrown on missing tiles loading in online maps. It features a simpler note editing workflow, by just tapping on the text. It is now possible to choose an image format for WMS sources. Finally it is possible to experimentally access postgis databases in visualization and editing mode.
