Freelancers Beware
I hope this review serves as a sincere warning to all all my fellow Gig hustlers, freelancer workers, and independent contractors. Although the houses and properties listed in this app are beautiful, the App, Job Instructions, & support representatives are a system of complete disaster. I experienced communication issues with there Host support and it took almost a month to receive a 100$ payment. You must invest into your own cleaning suppliers, they do not reimburse mileage for commute distance, and the overall service for the Host is extremely poor. I do not recommend working for/with this company.

App is Faulty - Can’t Contact Customer Service
App has been disabled and no one on the customer service team can seem to help.
They keep confusing my issue with the “chat” function when it’s actually the app.
Whoever is troubleshooting will send chats through that it’s “fixed” but the chats come through on my Notification Center and I can only see the preview of the message through my iPhone. I can’t read the messages that are being sent on the actual landing app.
This is frustrating because I haven’t been able to respond to chats, see my account information or accept any host jobs for over 3 weeks now.
I re-downloaded the app and now it’s saying I don’t have an account.

App glitches
So for the past two weeks i have not been able to use the chat feature at all and i tried calling but its just the call waiting music or whatever you call it! I cant even contact anybody if something goes wrong! Please figure this out and update the app quickly!
Horrible company.
Don’t work for this company. They will mistreat you and disrespect you. Very sad to say.. I’d work with better companies before. This I would say! The worst!

I know Landing has issues but all in all a great venture that is still in the beginning stages in my area of OKC. I hope the app bugs are straightened out soon. Good side job until locally established more.
Scam Company and Terrible App
If you go to use the chat function in the app it will tell you you’ll be answered in minutes. I waited weeks for someone to get back to me, and I still didn’t receive a message back, I had to call. Also, they advertise that there will be many jobs available in your area, very misrepresented. Absolutely not the case. Overall it doesn’t feel like an honest company.
