I purchased the full version for 123 learning and year subscription plan. However, all games are locjed on my device and ask me to pay more to restore purchase when I am still subscribing. Please refund. Thats awful experienceJinyu817

I bought this game for my child and in the middle of the subscription they wanted to charge me again for something I already paid for. Said my email wasn’t found and I couldn’t login. Reviewing on Sep 17th. Has weird half screen display on launch after updating to iOS 16. Is currently unusable. Hope there is an update soon!

Bimi Acadamy is our 3.5 year old’s favorite game and it is educational and fun. Also the music is good, which is a plus because so many kids apps have “annoying” sounds. This should be the #1 kids app in the world, let’s make it that.Sergio87690

The app was great! But now it’s not working. It loads half the page black and doesn’t let you touch anything. Bugged that I paid the subscription to have it break like this.
Update: they fixed the issue and it’s back to being great! My toddler loves this and learns a lot, I feel like.HeatherDel
