Was working great til I updated my phone
Ever since I updated to iOS 16, it only shows part of the app leaving the rest of the screen black! Very disappointed because my 3 yr old uses this app daily!JessR0618

The screen is only halfway there, with most of it being just black. The pieces you can see don’t let you tap on anything - literally unusable.Ruth1089

I purchased back in June 2021 for my 3 year to start getting ready for school and we LOVED it! Flip side is apparently she hasn’t been able to use it for the last few weeks on her iPad the app goes to a white screen but all the intro music still plays but my iPhone version works perfectly!?!? Granted I pay monthly for this but the app isn’t for me nor do I want to hand her my phone to let her play so this is super frustrating.Show lessraelynn may pay pay

Kid loves it, plays it everyday and lessons are invaluable. The “learning path” is put together so well! I’m an educator and approve of this fully.
Note: I cannot find how to unsubscribe, I do not plan to but can’t figure it out. Would be nice to be in options.SenseiLouis
