  • App / account doesn’t work

    Spent $500 on the night balance device for OSA. The app won’t even let me set up an account, or synch the device to the phone.
  • Not syncing

    Same problem as others - can’t get device to sync or data to sync once paired. It had one job and can’t do that. Dumb.
  • Data doesn’t sync with the app

    Having the same issue as the other reviewer. Even after uninstalling, reinstalling, re-pairing the device, and seeing the “data synchronizing” message… data never shows up in the app. There’s also no helpful information on pairing in the app itself, you’re directed to the website but then dumped in a general Philips support page. I had to google potential solutions myself.

  • it’s never worked even once so yeah it’s not great

    Maybe it works for others (?) and I’m just the lucky one with an inept hardware software combo.

    But I’ve synched it and exactly zero of my therapy data has ever made its way into the app. I’ve resynched and still nothing.

    The app seems pretty...uncomplicated - so I guess I don’t get why it can’t accomplish that one thing it’s supposed to do.

    Sorry to be salty but you expect a little more for a $500 vibrator
