Almost the best app ever
I use this app every day, and it’s great in many ways. I would give it 4.5 but that isn’t an option I guess. The only reasons I wouldn’t say 5/5 are as follows: 1) You can’t write notes on your own private workouts. 2) You can’t search workouts you’ve completed (unless you know the date you did it). 3) You can’t filter or sort completed workouts, for if per-say I wanted to see every 2k I have done and how I’ve improved. These quality of life changes would make this app perfect! Pls add them😁

Amazing app for rowing
Row Hero is data driven for the rower who wants to take their rowing to the next level. The app links seamless to the C2 machine and gives you detailed force curves in real time. I use these curves in my rowing performance clinic to correct form faults for my rowers. The curve gives instant stroke by stroke feedback in greater detail than the read out on the C2 machine. The app links well to C2 erg data so you don’t miss a beat on your challenge workouts. The stroke by stroke data is a game changer for my athletes who are working improving their 2k or 6k performance. The data is robust and easy to work with, and you get more data points in your excel file than any other platform I’ve worked with.
If you’re not into crazy data the smoothness fire strokes keep you motivated on those long rows to make every stroke your best. You get really thoughtful when you’re on a 300 stroke fire streak! This keeps you in the piece and on your best game even on the long zone 2 rows. Row hero is a must have for any serious rower looking to up their game.
