Has potential

Good quality play back but seems to have issues with chrome cast. Great selection of vids, interface good do with a better menu to select comp/team but it’s early days and a great start.

Can’t log in

The page the app opens when I try to create an account/log in just comes up as a blank page, and since I can’t log in I can’t watch any videos on the app. I have tried changing around my JavaScript settings but nothing has helped.

Awful experience

As others have mentioned, setting up an account on my iPad took me days of continuous loops each time I entered all my info and when I pressed register I got an ooops something went wrong message. Instead of using the app I created an account on the web and then tried to watch a women’s super league match and again I went through a series of loops filling in my login details only to be asked for my login details. Out of the blue the app says it needs Microsoft Online with no explanation. It must be a Microsoft bespoke login tool and you have to click continue even though you’re offered the option to cancel (why???). I don’t know what I did right that finally let me login (perseverance?) and started to watch a match. The match isn’t full screen, there’s an info screen in the bottom 10th of the screen that doesn’t scroll and truncates the text that does show. Honestly this the worst app experience I’ve ever had. Did anyone at the FA try this before paying for it?

Unstable mess

App keeps crashing; it's an unstable mess. Updating the app and iOS didn't resolve it so now I can't even watch anything, let alone open the app. Hugely disappointing.
