Nobody likes this app and it causes nothing but headaches. Whoever designed this app needs to be fired and blacklisted from ever creating again! Really wish I could give negative stars!

Worst app ever for repo biz
This is the worst app for the repo biz.
Certain pictures certain way not dealing with the elements of heat and phone dying spending too much time in the heat. The process of it is not in favor of the repo team favorites the banks. I really wish RDN had an app.

Simply bad. Not at all user friendly.
Terrible App
Constantly having to deal with connectivity issues, glitches, reports not sending to clients… the list goes on and on. I have been in the recovery business for 10+ years and this app has done nothing but create problems. Several assets have been left behind due to the failure of the app. This app causes a management and field production nightmare.

Worst app and company
This whole system is a joke. You’ve made repossession so much harder. This app and system are completely unnecessary in today’s technical world, yet somehow we’re still using this dumb app. Banks need to GET AWAY from RCM completely.
Horrible
I would give it a negative if I could. It’s supposed to help with wrongful repos but causes room for more instead. I’m constantly having to call at least twice a day, cases won’t upload, documents won’t go through or the whole case just completely disappears. When you try to call for help half the time they don’t actually fix the problem or when they do fix it another problem accuse. This company is one of the worst things that’s happened to the repossession industry.
