Signs out
Signs you out constantly, even if you were just working in a call, and had to go to a different app for a minute, you go back to Towbook and you’re either signed out, or it’s completely refreshing as if it wasn’t open already, causing you to painstakingly find the call you were working in, because the search function is useless, and you can’t see ALL your impounds, only about 15 or so, then the screen doesn’t load the rest, this has been occurring through many updates, if you try and use the Facebook group that THEY promote to discuss ongoing issues, they just block you from the group all together. Many failed promises from this company.
