Delayed shipment
Found a pair of slides and selected “cash on delivery” option at checkout. I did that after reading some poor reviews online. I waited 2 weeks, until finally I received a note asking for a deposit! The deposit was for about 20% of the price, but it just smelled suspicious. Why offer a payment option if you are only going to demand a deposit.
I didn’t pay the deposit and my order was cancelled at their end. A very poor experience overall. Shame because there are a lot of items that I would have wanted to continue purchasing.

I purchased watch and since 35 days nothing has been delivered, called them but they never answer and voice mail says we are busy and will contact you back and phone hangs up. Sent 4 emails and never got a reply. Trying to request refund with no response. Requested my lawyer to take legal actions.Kabudhabi

Worst online shopping experience!
Its a scam, they delayed the order for more than 2 weeks. When I finally had to cancel due to tremendous delay, they failed to refund my payment!
