Awful
The app never works. I don’t think I’ve ever once used the app without experiencing some kind of problem. The website is not great either but oh my god the app is horrible. I’m constantly updating to see if my current glitch is fixed only to find it’s up to date. I can’t view my order history most of the time, I just get “OOPS! Order history is not available right now…”. My name change is showing when I log into the website (after changing it several times since I got married it finally stuck) but it’s still not showing in the app even after several updates and logging out. I frequently have to explain it’s my maiden name at order pickups because of this. It’s not uncommon for me to not be able to pull up coupons or my barcode, which I use at checkout in store and is really the only reason I still have the app at all. The search doesn’t work quite right, sometimes I can search for something and it won’t find anything, but then I can find it in the website. I use the app now as little as possible and force my phone to open links in the browser instead of auto-opening in the app, which is also a pain but less of a pain than actually using the app.
