Too many glitches
This app is not made for real shoppers. I tried to order about 24 products including samples and in order to get points applied for the beauty challenge, it’s required for you to make a purchase through the app.
Another part of the beauty challenge is to add to free samples to your order. Yet, the app will not let me add the free samples no matter what, but they will let me do everything else in the app. It is so frustrating between going in store and not getting my questions thoroughly answered and then having to deal with this janky app.
I love Sephora and many of the products they carry… they have a great reward system, contrary to what many others say, but I really wish they would get their app together it discourages me from ordering from them all together. I end up going onto brands’ individual websites and ordering the products instead then end up missing out on so many points. I don’t like to have to keep bothering the customer service people in app either because I’m sure on their end it looks like I’m just a Karen, but honestly their app needs to improve immensely.
