Hopeless very slow most of the time working
Lot of bugs
facing lot of bugs On ios 16.6 with latest version of sitetrax
- when tap on anything page take 4-5 seconds to response
- crashes most of the time while submitting any form
- due to very slow user interface, makes very frustrating for accepting jobs, submitting form etc.
Note: please do testing on mobile data not on wifi. We use app on mobile data all the time.

Worst app ever
This app is so annoying. App closes and goes back to home page. Unable to load photos. Photos takes lot of time to load. App crashes all the time. Email support time to solve this issue. No response. IT team fix one issue & creates another issues on. Lots unnecessary form to fill no reason. Worst app ever been created. ๐

Very bad user experience.
Keep processing even if you have 5G connection. Poor user interface and poor processing.
Multiple bugs
Using ios if you are already in the app and have access other information in the app and then decided to download the netmap plans in the attachment another pop up window will appear and you will not be able to access the plans, doesn't matter how many time you try, unless you quit the app open it up again, straight go to attachment then try to download the plans and you will access the plans.
If you trying to upload the photos in quality checklist you can upload multiple photos each tab, after uploading app will start buffering and then you can upload photos in next tab. but you cannot even select the photos in next tab meanwhile uploading photos in previous tab. , if you decided to select the photo in next tab then you won't be able to upload it and you have to go back and again open up the QC form and start it over.
If you are accessing the app in your mobile network and you decided to activate your wi-fi then app stop working, to work it again you have to quit the app and start it again to use the app.

Who ever developed this app , i think they donโt not how to create a app,bad,hanging always,not fast to change the pages,using too much battery . So bad better to give give this app who know how to develop a app

Worst app ever that i have used, they can hire a real passionate team or pay them a good salary or they can always ask their rivals (ventia) that what is the secret of making a good tech friendly app.
Unnecessary updates every week
I donโt know why it updates every week. It doesnโt work until itโs updated.

Developers donโt know what they are doing. 100s of bugs which they canโt resolved , No App design planning before launch this app. The Worst user interface. Pay your staff good wages or hire some experts .
