  • Needs Support for Apple Watch

    App works as intended. Can be a bit slow sometimes it that comes with the territory. They need to add Apple Watch support. I would love to be able to not have to have my phone when taking out the trash and needing to get back into my place. Please do this.

  • Extremely unreliable

    Just IN mobile is used at my apartment complex in Austin Texas and is CONSISTENTLY offline and unavailable to be used for long periods of time repeatedly….

    Causing extreme frustrations when you’d think you could rely on its sole purpose of acting as a digital key to unlocked access to your housing

  • “Couldn’t get key”

    I don’t see anyone talking about this but I put all the Information correct and all I get is a little message saying “couldn’t get key” with no further information. What do I do now?
