My money gone and no support at all
I subscribed for one year with $69 , it worked for 2 weeks and my account converted to nom subscribed one. It is asking me to subscribe again with $33/year. What a joke. Their real price is 33 but charged me 69 and even I can not use it. I have to logout and login again to use with pro versin but go only for 5-10 hours. I reached support 34 days ago and no response at all! I have to track my macro daily but I am regret that I am using this crappy service.

Worst tracker I’ve used
Inadvertently purchased, and now I’m stuck with it for a full year. Constantly glitches out and deletes my food logs. Steps never sync up properly. Definitely will not renew subscription

Looks good
This is one of the best apps that I’ve ever used for tracking food and meals. I haven’t quite got into all of the keto aspects of it or the recipes or anything like that, but I really like the ease of use when I’m putting in the food. It has a way to search for everything. It has a barcode scanner and it seems like it’s completely full of a lot of the useful ingredients and foods that I would use in my kitchen when I’m preparing my meals. I am excited to use this app for a long time and it’s the free version works just fine but I’m thinking I’m gonna upgrade to the paid version pretty soon because it really is one of the best apps that I’ve ever usedup to this point. I have been on keto for a few weeks now and this makes it super easy to track all of my meals and my foods and my snacks and my dinners and everything that I’m going to need to make myself successful in this journey.

Hard to work
I’ve had this app for almost a month now. My main problem with this app is that there is no tutorial with it and no help with it. Trying to figure out how to maneuver through this is very difficult. There is a frequently asked question area if you go to settings, but when you click on it, it goes straight to a keto managers FAQ which has a lot of questions that might be helpful, but they don’t go anywhere. They want you to open some app called Notion. That is absolutely a zero help that looks like an app to help people work at an office.
I have tried connecting my fitness tracker, which is my Apple health app. At first it input my steps automatically, but it stopped doing that. Also, for tracking, you can set tracking all the time. I set it for carb tracking the first week or two, I don’t think it did it. I think it did it one day the very first day. And then it says every morning that it’s not any good and you have to start it over. I know for a fact that some of those days, I did go over my net carbs and that’s why it broke the streak. However, I know like yesterday, again, I was below my net carb intake. It was only 85.4% and yet I broke the streak they have no rhyme or reason as to why this doesn’t hold a streak and what the parameters are for your streaks.
I’m very disappointed and may not renew at renewal time because it’s just too hard to figure out and get it to work properly.

Dont buy
I'd like my money back, your app is disappointing, when scanning food it's impossible to adjust portions, it's also hard to find recipes suitable for the Keto diet. I asked for the French language, a lot of things remain in English, the fitness tracker doesn't really take all the data selected in the iPhone health app (weight gain) I have a scale that automatically enters my weight on that app, yours doesn't take the data. I paid for this app on January 20, 2024, I don't use it for the comments mentioned, I want a full refund which I requested in sending 2 emails , you don't answer . you certainly won't get good feedback from me !

Best keto app on the market.
This is by far the best keto app on the market. Easy to track and the water logging widget is awesome. This app has helped me to lost 70 lbds through easy tracking. Would recommend to anyone trying a keto lifestyle.
