As a mom and cancer survivor, there are not many things that I feel are important to me other than family. Unfortunately, After a complete hysterectomy at the age of 26, I have not been able to lose weight. I have done lipivite injections, I have gone vegan, I have dropped to 1200 calories a day. Nothing has worked. I actually gained weight. Being on Keto is the only lifestyle change that has worked for me. Being able to track my macros on the app has been such a great tool. This allows me to stay in the correct range to insure I stay in ketosis.
With the app, I am able to track each meal and see where I need to adjust my foods.
Tracking my activity is also a great way to keep me on track for my goal.
I have a long way to go before I am at a healthy weight but I am sure that this app is going to get me there.

I just started using this app, and it is super easy to use. Just scanned in my coffee creamer, which I will soon be changing out, to sugar free. Syncs with my health app, which was super convenient!!! I will definitely recommend to my other friends, who have recommended Keto, to me. This journey will be hard, but made a little easier with this app, adding up carbs and calories, keeping my food diary, and the microphone is a plus. Food diaries have always been hard for me, interested in seeing if this app makes it a little less stressful, to put in everyday. Excited about this new journey...Show lessMARYdLife
