This Keto app make it so easy to keep track of all of the food I eat and maintain a weight call that I would like to achieve by the end of this year! i’m hoping this will give me the boost that I need to get my weight on track and feel good about my body and exercise in the new year. Great for keto
I’m really liking this app. I’ve used several keto style apps and this is one of the best ones. It’s very specific about tracking and very easy to use. I will continue to use this one for quite a while now.
I only have one complaint. It is impossible to add a new custom food. The ad process makes absolutely no sense and when I get done with it and try to use it, the portion that I created comes up as in the number of milligrams or grams or cups that I put in to start with. So to see it another way when I select the thing and there were 45 g in the serving I selected one serving and it tells me I have 45 servings. I called tech-support, they said there was a how to in the faq. There isn’t. I tried every iteration I could think of combining servings with serving size, and it never ever works.
So, if you want a really good keto tracker product and you can use either the barcodes for the products that are in there list, then this is probably one of the best ones. But, if you need to add custom foods in any fashion pass on this when I go find a different app.Show lessDar5101

Excellent, inspiring app, and easy to use.
This app educates you, and keeps you on the right track. I’ve lost 2.3kg in 6 days, and I don’t feel hungry. The Keto diet takes the ups and downs out of hunger—instead of my appetite vacillating like a ocean waves, it is now like a calm foreshore. I don’t have hunger pangs. There are no Canadian restaurants on the app. You can’t change your weight and progress. Only good to figure out net carbs. Super disappointed. Sent question in and no response yet. It’s been 4 days!? Would like a refundmx149
Great App
Love this app.
My only suggestion for next improvement would be to add feature which allows you to delete a measurement (as in body measurements). I errored on an input and tried to change or delete it but cannot. So value is still in there and wrong.KetoJacked
