Allow notifications
I sing into the app with my number and pin. It immediately says I need to allow notifications. I go to notifications and the app in not in my notifications. So, the application does not work. Absolutely useless.Stensman
Don’t work, and get a immune system
So I downloaded this app once again on my iPhone and it wants me to put in my Claire’s card number? OK that’s easy enough however, when I type in the box, my players card number no numbers appear at all and it’s not like it’s typing blank numbers or invisible numbers. Straight up, not typing anything however, it continues to move on down the word as if it’s typing the words out? Weird? It doesn’t matter because the info would be unreliable and minimal anyways? Also, I see people on here talking about how everybody should wear a mask inside blah blah blah machines far away from each other blah blah blah. Listen guys you need to get an immune system. Quit listening to everything Biden and ensly say “ I believe that’s incorrect spelling” don’t you think the president has messed up this country enough? Gas prices are ridiculous. The casino cards don’t work lol you could pay Insley for shutting down everything where he didn’t need to be anyways masks were never needed. And a bunch of new Karen’s out there are overboard with the power trip of the mask lol but you’ll touch slot machines or whatever else you touch that’s dirty lol.Show lessmadmiles13
Emm…yeah! 1 star because I had to give a star.
Downloaded the app to check my player points and the thing stalls on the splash screen , followed by a “no internet connection”. Tried both connecting using my own wifi, neighbors wifi and cell data but no joy. I’d say either decrease the amount of resources needed before a user can log in or increase your timeout to account for sloppy code.
Or….maybe just start with baby steps and give a user the functionality on your website?Show lessStoafer
Unable to login
I had to remove the app and download the app again to get the up to date information. Which erases my log-in information. When logging in the numbers from my players card doesn’t show and the PIN number doesn’t show and won’t login. Something needs to get fixed.Shasum01

Rarely works
This app used to work now it just gives an error message. I talked to the players club and they admitted the app is horrendous. They suggested to use a kiosk on property. Everi needs to get it together.H0td4wg
Not working
For months this app has not been working!! It started saying I needed to update to receive notifications but wouldn’t let make any changes. Now it won’t even open. Just keeps crashing. Fix it please!CherishedBear
