Hardly ever works..
It used to be fairly reliable. However, I haven’t been able to login for at least 3 weeks, even after updating, and re-trying. Don’t waste your memory until they figure out how to make it work..dtwenty7
Never Loads
App never loads. Always get an error message. I tried deleting and re-adding the app and still get the error message. I also get a message that it wants to connect to my Bluetooth...why?? I did allow it hoping that would help, but it didn’t.NoName10000000
Doesn’t work

Horrible service
I have to download this app every time I try to use it and I keep getting this stupid message that I have to “Allow Notifications” and it doesn’t tell you WHICH place to go to on your phone to enable. I have notifications enabled but apparently not for this?! Where can I find it?pitz63
Very unreliable
This app has never been great but it seems to be getting worse. It rarely shows all the promotions properly for each property. That’s pretty important if you want people to stay informed. Their websites are almost as bad. Players should be able to access whatever they’re looking for easily and have piece of mind that it’s all correct. Another thing that bugs me is that periodically all the old messages from my message center reappear in my inbox, so I have to delete them again. C’mon manShow lessShangwangy
This app is terrible!
Get your act together Tulalip! How can a place that makes so much money invest so little and be so ok with a completely crappy app? It’s beyond disappointing. The only thing that seems to work fine is the app accessing my location 5 times a day without my knowledge.EarthtoKassie

Hi everyone!
I rarely comment, but thought I would in this circumstance. First of about the app crashing - I have never experienced that. I am on the most current iPhone and OS is fully updated. Maybe the people who are reporting this have not updated their phone or have a bunch of other apps that are open and hogging all the OS resources . *shrug*. However, i am giving four stars due to my account information provided was not updated on several occasions.
TLDR - This app is decent for a free app. If you like to be informed when you have free play, then this app is right for you! ;)Show lessintroverti

App rarely works. I just tried downloading a new one because it wouldn’t display my info and the new version crashes on my iPhone SE. just like all the electronic “conveniences” at Tulalip, this app is shoddy and weak. I can never win there anymore, either. The place has gone sharply downhill over the past decade.Show lessmadame7
Masks!!
Why don’t they enforce the mask wearing?? People put them on when they come in but have them off after they are in .. we need it to be mandatory they where a mask. They don’t endorse it enough.. and also they said machines were set apart well there not, close contact all the time by people with no masks.. we love this place but if this isn’t controlled better with all the new cases of covid afraid things will be closing again! I smoke but would be better if it was no smoking which they would keep there masks on more , give them a place to go out and smoke I’m sure you would appreciate that too.. please help us be safe so we can get out for some enjoyment.. )( Mandatory mask wearing) Thank youShow lesspeelewally
