You are charged fees due to their negligence and then when you try to pay the fees the payment won’t even go through, leaving you with no bike. Also, you are supposed to get a discount for using Mastercard but it doesn’t actually happen. Also, as others have said, the app regularly glitches. Usually, waiting a minute and restarting it will fix it, but at some point it might not and you’ll have to walk while you contact support (like I did). If you are staying for more than a week, just buy a bike and sell it back to the store when you’re done.
