I guess I expected more based on all the hype about AI. The app works well though the information/feedback on performance is weak (IMO). While I haven’t lost money. In deference to the company my investment is minimal on purpose because I want to level set my expectations with reality.MajJoe

App continues to crash
Downloaded this app and began the account setup. The moment i go to take a picture of my DL this app crashes. Constantly. App support has no direct link for communication with the app developers. Oh well, NEXT!Miami TJD
Garbage
This app and platform is complete garbage. The reports are so confusing, even their support can’t figure out where a portion of my funds are allocated and why I can’t cash it out. Stick with proven companies like vanguard or fidelity.Highskies71

Buggy App
This app is so buggy that I’m not even able to complete my account details. It crashes all the time. Also, the UI/UX is soooo bad that I have to figure out which one is a button and which one is just a text. I had heard good things about the investment with this app but can’t do anything as the way you guys have made this app is making it really hard for customers. Can’t argue with results
The fact is the app is doing what I need it to do. Making me money over time. This isn’t s a get rich witch thing. I have found it takes the risk out of investing. Has worked for me thus far. Going on 5 years. A.I. has made me a ton more than the other competitors like Titan or Q.ai.Abers Kash

Hacked account!
Recently iFlip had what seemed like a breach, when an email was sent out that wasn’t actually from iFlip.
After that day my account has been inaccessible, however I am able to login to what seems like my account at the beginning.
Neither my monthly statements nor my tax documents are available. When click on them I see someone else’s name. My bank account isn’t even connected to the portfolio any longer. I cannot access my real account. The amount of money in this account isn’t even close to mine. It’s not my money, it’s not my account and not my Smartfolio.
I have called, emailed and left voicemail messages to no avail. The customer service is nonexistent.Show lessJimi Revolver
