Clunky App, not worth using
Had to use this app but would not recommend. Difficult to sign up to & won’t allow you to add custom amounts to your account so they can make more money.
Account also wouldn’t verify, had to change password to finally get in. Bad service and would’ve rather used cash if I had it.Don'tusuallyleaverevs

This company is pathetic! The washing machine never finished the cycle and was still half full of water, I reported it through the app and all they did was clear the error even though it needed to be spun again or better yet washed again because not only was everything so asking wet it was dirtier than before! They wouldn’t even give me a credit to wash the clothes again. Absolute waste of time!Show lessalles bh
No way to resolve account issues through website
I made an account through the Washtur app, but did not receive a verification email. I attempted to have the verification resend but the app gave me an error notification. I can’t log in because my account isn’t verified. I tried to send a message to Washtur for support but the website won’t send the message. So I’m stuck with no way to resolve the issue quickly.Show lessNels5561
