This app is amazing!

I absolutely love this app. Great customer service and reply’s back to messages immediately. The nails are affordable and they last and stay on. I highly recommend.

Nice concept but needs work

For one. The use of a driver’s license or is or anything with personal info should NOT be a suggestion. That made me exit the whole app and scared because i put in my phone number to sign in.

We apologize for the concern linked to the use of the reference card for size standardization. Unfortunately the ISO/IEC 7810:2003 is a universal size that allows us to standardize the measurement field prior to measuring and is associated with these types of financial and identification cards. We also suggest using non-personal forms such as loyalty cards or library cards that are the same size and advise to keep any sensitive information out of camera view. We are working on changing the language around this requirement so that users feel comfortable using our app.

Glitchy

It’s a great start! I make and sell press on nails and I want to give this app a 5 star rating! But hopefully some improvements will come about:
App is glitchy: sometimes my nail sets will show a different price than what’s advertised.

Regarding pricing...we just wanted to point out that prices may change as you select different shapes/lengths for a particular design as designers may charge a premium for longer nail sets. We appreciate your feedback and your patience with us as we introduce this new technology.

It would not allow me to pick the size and if I clicked the arrow it would kick me out of the app otherwise the nails are gorgeous

Crashes

Hello, I LOVE the idea but the app crashes too much! I can’t even make my selection at all to purchase a particular set once I get so far it crashes and I have to start over (it did it 3 times) please fix thank you

The developer of this app is the best! Sizing nails has been one of the trickiest parts of my press on nail journey!! I love this app and all the opportunities it has brought me!!! What an amazing app! Love the concept. I like being able to search different designers in one place and the sizing tool is so convenient. Not to mention the nails are amazing! Perfect way to get your nails done through quarantine.
