Why doesn’t my LingoDeer account payment transfer?
I feel like I am being robbed of my money. I paid for LingoDeer. Now I am being asked to pay for LingoDeer+? What the?#TeamMY

I would give it a five but I have I seriously bad taste in my mouth from the manner in which lingo dear decided to advertise this product. I have already paid for lingodeer and then I was asked to buy another product that they offer, except that this product is meant to solve the same exact problem that the first thing I bought was meant to.
So I don I guys, imagine I pay for Netflix and then Netflix says that to watch a new series of shows I have to go to another website and purchase a new app?
Yeah nah, this is a bad strategy layered atop a good product, there’s something terribly wrong here. I will update my score when I receive feedback from the lingodeer team.
That being said, it is itself a great app. I refuse to grade it well until my concerns are addressed,

This app is excellent. It’s well developed and the games are fun. It definitely has helped me study Korean, and I really enjoy it.
I held back one star for the cost. Even at the initial 50% off - yikes! At first I thought it was subscription only, which was not something that made sense to me. Then I saw the lifetime offer and really struggled. I love the app, but $60 for access to the content...it just feels crazy, especially considering the other content out there and the other price points.

I remember downloading LingoDeer the beginning or middle of 2017. And I’ve used the 1st app a lot and I would use it when I would have free time. LingoDeer really did improve my Korean and it helped me remember the alphabet. but I would always forget words in Korean, but now since you created this second app. I was kind of skeptical, LingoDeer plus is so captivating and easy! It’s so useful and it helps me remember my Korean vocabulary in a fun and educational way. I’m very happy to be using LingoDeer+ and LingoDeer! I’ve been with LingoDeer for quite a long time and to be honest, I deleted many of my other language learning apps because it did not help me the way LingoDeer did! been a user of Lingodeer for a year now but felt it lacked some game element of other language learning apps so Lingodeer+ is perfect! interface is easy to understand and adorable, lovely colours, repetition makes it easy to learn yet it’s not boring. brilliant way to expand vocabulary with great non robotic audio. lots of options with romanisation etc. would definitely recommend! probably my favourite language learning app right now xShow less英 - hana

Please add alphabet/characters games for character based languages such as Japanese and Chinese. I was excited for this app to help me memories hiragana and katakana, but they don’t even have a section for it! It just starts with vocab. I think every language app should have the very basics because sometimes you just got to refresh. Plus it appeals to beginners more. The app is great so far, but I don’t think I’ll be able to use it because I first need to learn characters before vocab.Show lesszayla1
