Love the HUB
The hub is great!! The office so helpful and are willing to work with you on just about any issue you might be having. The maintenance staff are so chill and great at their job!! They get it done quick and are so friendly! The amenities and deals they have are awesome!! And the events they have to help us get to know our neighbors is better than any other complex in Oxford! Everyone is so nice and respectful here, any parent looking for a safe and inexpensive place for their college students off campus living experience should go to the hub FIRST! This app is a quick and convenient way to address all issues related to the Hub. There is a maintenance section where you can easily request a repair. The app allows me to make all my payments, rsvp to events, talk to my roommates, request maintenance, and so much more! The app takes out the hassle of having to login online and makes everything simple. This app is great!
I think it’s really cool that my apartment uses this app. It’s really convenient because it has pretty much everything you might need all in one. There’s a calendar of events, maintenance requests, and a portal to pay rent. Overall, i think other apartment complexes should use this app as an example to create their own!Show lessssadr01
Super easy to navigate!
This app helps me so much with keeping on track with events, paying rent, and other announcements. I check it regularly to see what’s going on in my complex. It has a very simple interface that’s easy to navigate and has greatly improved my time at the hub on my campus!loganhamilton5
Terrific app!
The Hub is a great place to live while you attend UF.
Whether you have a means of transport or not, you won’t have a problem because the building is conveniently next to many amenities such as Publix for groceries and Target for school supplies and furniture.
The Hub has a bunch of cool things to do if you have some free time, such as working out at the gym or hanging out in the rooftop pool (great view by the way).
The staff is very responsive and helpful and the app has a maintenance feature built right into it if you have any problems with your room.
The Hub also has many events you can take part in that you RSVP to seamlessly in the app.

Super easy and helpful!
I currently live at the Hub and I use this app to pay rent and to see upcoming events to RSVP to. I get messages reminding me to pay my rent and utilities and I also use it to put in maintenance requests. It is super easy to reach staff through the app and overall it has been super helpful for someone that is not really tech savvy. Great platform for apartments
I love the Hub On Campus app! It makes living in an apartment complex very easy and simple since there’s little room for confusion in the community thanks to this app. The building office uploads events, news, and information regularly so it’s all up to date.
