This app doesn’t even work most of the time
The app was dark and didn’t even come up with the answer selection(s). Or we didn’t even get asked a question! As a first time user there was no explanation on how the round works etc absolutely terrible app

Terrible idea, terribly executed
Sitting on your mobile phone in a pub is not the greatest and most social way to play a quiz. Nobody can hear the audio from one person's phone in a pub, even with the volume turned up and then you're disturbing the other tables. The app itself has a terrible UX outside of game times and a poor one within it.

The quiz doesn’t play through the users phone, this is a backup for if you want to play in the beer garden, there should be full sound broadcast in the venue along with added bits you dot hear in the app. Which pub were you playing at? Maybe we need to speak to the venue directly?
Kept freezing!
Kept freezing when trying to answer the questions, lost out on up to 200 points when the quiz is used nationally so me and my friends have potentially missed out on the big prize. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Amazing app!
I participate on this quiz every week and it never disappoints! The fastest finger always keeps the teams buzzing.
There were some issues during lockdown but they were fixed straight away and the developer was always very polite and understanding.

Fantastic idea
Use these quizzes in my bar, great easy entertainment! Especially in the current situation where we can’t do a lot in regards to entertainment.
Really easy to set up, just plug it in and go! Customers love the fastest finger game side of it.
We do prizes in house on the night, but then the larger quiz prizes to be won are a great idea and brings our whole company together in the competition.
Would definitely recommend to any bar managers looking for something to bring the customers in!

Disappointed
My local pub used this app for a national quiz, it took the fun out of doing a quiz. Very antisocial as one person sits on a phone so you can’t all discuss and participate. Having it done as “fastest finger” made it more like a game then a quiz. A few of the questions were ambiguous or had multiple correct answers but would only award one answer as correct. It also had some answers that were actually incorrect. Definitely put me off joining another pub quiz if they use this app.

Good on first impressions but scratch the surface...
The app itself looks really well made, easy to use and intuitive. However, there’s a bug in it which sees it crashing during quizzes randomly and not allowing you to input answers. Sort this out and it’ll be a 5 star rating from me but until then? Thumbs down

Thanks for your feedback. The app relies on your network connection to communicate with the quiz server, sometimes these messages can become delayed or lost if you lose signal. Please ensure you don’t use the pub wifi as this will generally always cause issues.
