app was fine now not working at all

A few moths ago the app was working fine, not great user interface or easy to use but was working, but now every time I try to open the app it closes it almost immediately
Please fix this ASAP as need my log in details

Problems with update

My son has been using the app and has tried to access it today but it says to update the app. There is no update to take place but we can’t access it. We have deleted it and tried to re-install it and it says the same. It also says the same when trying to download onto a different phone.

Can’t write a caption with spaces and dashes in!

It was a great app at first but now whenever I add a photo and write a caption underneath, it removes all spaces inbetween the words leaving it in one huge word, for example ‘longsundayrun’ instead of ‘long Sunday run’. Please fix this quickly as I can’t upload anything and need to in the next week urgently!

Can put spaces please fix

It is a amazing app and it is very easy to use. For the first couple weeks It was fine to use but lately when I name a week photo when I am finished and press done all the worlds get pushed together as one big work, all the spaces get deleted so what I had to do was put full stops but can you fix this please thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Can’t fill in detailed activity chosen

It’s a great app and makes the whole process a lot easier, however it won’t let me fill in the detailed activity chosen box. Instead there is just a loading sign that won’t disappear. As this is one of the required boxes to fill out I can’t send the form off for approval or even save it as a draft. I’d really appreciate if this could be sorted out ASAP as I haven’t been able to start any of my sections because of it. Thank you!

Problem with choosing activity.

App works well and easy to navigate but I am trying to input my specific activity and it just has a loading sign which won’t stop. It won’t let me choose a specific activity. This is quiet annoying as it doesn’t allow me to confirm or start my activity.

Great app just wish it had notifications.

It’s a great app for managing my d of e progress and uploading evidence I just wish it had notifications so I know when I get a reply from a leader or when things i need to be notified happen.

Not bad

It works fine when it wants to like most of the other criticisms please fix the dodgy date thing and also save the profile because every time I open the app I need to go through some long process of filling out my name and email and if I suscribe to your email list etc.
Otherwise okay does it’s job.

Date is broken

As a new d of e member this app is really convenient but the date settings are messed up and need improvements I cannot select any date after 2018 until 2031 which very inconvenient

Date of when you start your activity

The app is good and functions smoothly and it’s really easy to keep tabs on all your activities but the date setting is invisible and so there is no way you can set the right date please fix this ASAP

Thank you for getting in touch with us. We're working on this bug and a fix should be released soon. In the meantime, you can change your iPhone settings via Settings > Display & Brightness > Light mode to fix the missing dates.
