Not Consumer Friendly App
Like many other reviews, I have been using this charging station at my new job’s office building and it is not easy to connect, it continues to show it’s charging when I’ve disconnected and doesn’t give my bill balance until I’ve reconnected. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response on email and on IG DM. I even offered to show them real time since I’m located at their HQ with no response. If I could give zero stars I would. Sorry to be harsh, but not sure what else to do to get there attention.Show lessDoesn’t work
Tried to use a charger that directed me to Charli and have entered PW, face recognition, reset PW multiple times…it doesn’t work. Likewise with scanning credit card to enter as payment - goes nowhere. I can only imagine that it’s because there are little gnomes in the app who are slowly walking scraps of paper with PWs and other info on them back and forth and losing them and that’s why the app doesn’t respond to input.Show lessTerrible UI
There is little to no information about charge rates, the Bluetooth connections to stations is terrible, there are random crashes, and very little information when it does crash. This app needs a lot more money to be thrown at it to make it usable. When everything does work (rarely), charging works well, hence the single star.Show less
