  • Amp does not connect to blue tooth on my iPhone.

    Nuff said.
  • Real Cool app and terrific amp too X2

There’s something awesome about moving the virtual dials on the iPad for the stomp box, amp or effects and having it run real time on the actual amp. I heard a complaint online, but I had none of the negative experience. It paired up once I pressed the Bluetooth button on the X2, then typed in 7878 on my iPad for the PIN. I found that in the manual.

It’s great being able to select from a drop down list and have the amp immediately go to that selection. The knob position changes. It’s great. This X2 comes loaded with effects that are easy to use, sound good and can be controlled via my iPad. It’s really cool.
  • Almost good

You need to pair it and it asks for a PIN, which is entirely unnecessary (The PIN is 7878 btw). Then every time you pair it again you have to disconnect it in the Bluetooth menu on your phone and hit “Connect” on the app. This is after you turn on the bluetooth on the amp itself of course. Then when you get to the app and everything is paired, the user interface is very frustrating as you can only use the digital reproduction of the analog switches you’d find on the amp/pedal, etc., instead of just using the up/down keys or even a touch screen up/down.

It’s just cumbersome but when it works, it’s cool… kind of. And that’s frustrating because I bought the amp in part because of that capability.

SAD! As some old gross guy used to say.
  • Works well on iPhone

Does not find the amp on the iPad amp. Shame since they screen real estate would really be beneficial
