Please everyone, do not down load this app. I was looking for a FREE app to help me get abs/lose body fat. I looked in the description of this app and it said “every single activity in this app is free.” This is the BIGGEST lie ever. This is a waste of my time and I really hope you don’t waste your time either. There is an app called “six-pack in 30 days” which I would MUCH more recommend. I’ve tried that app but you can only do intermediate. Still tho, way better than this absolute garbage.Show lessSrugdhmhf
