Great Start but…
This is the main app I use when reading. Would love the option to highlight and add notes. Love the explanation of various words and their meanings in Greek. Looking forward to more updates!JRiddimz
Disappointing (tho there is always hope :)
No KJV. :( The word search, one of the few functions of this early app version, returns results that are neither ordered nor sortable. The font sizing feature is nice. It’s a small download (but, it’s an über simple app too).CJRE Russ

Only two versions
The interface looks great, but there's are only two Bible versions, the ESV and the Chinese Union Version. The STEP Bible web site has 512 versions. Why aren't they available here?Elnwood

App does not work
I updated the app and it no longer works. Nothing is showing except for grey rectangles where words should be. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and the same thing happens.Seighwat
High hopes
I’m a seminary student taking first-year Greek. I have used STEP Bible web version for a semester. I just found the app and took it for a spin on my iPhone 6.
What the app does, it does really well. Unfortunately, it does very little. There are currently only two translations (ESV and Chinese Union (Simplified)). You can click on English or Chinese words in scripture and pop up the dictionary entry with its original language word. That’s about it.
I’m guessing the app is in its infancy and look forward to more features being added so as to become a full fledged alternative to the web version. Especially having interlinears or column views on iPad.Show lessGreatsave7
