Hey, thanks for the review! Whilst we don't have a widget on the app right now, you can export Howbout into your native phone calendar and view your events as a widget through there 😌 If you need a hand with setting this up, let us know over at support@howbout.appOptions?
I like it a lot so far, a couple things I would ask is maybe you can still use the app regardless of sending it to people? Even so there should be an option where you can send the invites to people in other apps social apps such as discord, instagram, facebook. Just an option other than phone numbers because there’s communities that don’t involve phone numbers; so it could be online plans or checking up on friends to see what their schedules are.Show lessTh3legendaryfartmaster

I absolutely love this app I have no problems with it but recently when I’ve been trying to answer some of the chats, but when I click to open them it opens the chat and then the app reloads, I wait then open the chat again and then app does that all over again. I’m still able to text people back but it just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again and it’s beginning to bug me.Show lessfoxy223323😜

Super amazing app, definitely better than the apple calendar. Love the idea of incorporating friend-decisions for hangouts and how certain events can he reoccurring. BUT, was wondering if the team can create widgets or icons for the lock-screen for easier access. Just because calendar is a major part of my day-to-day life. First thing I do in the morning is to open up howbout and check my “morning routine” event block, see the details of how my morning routine is done.Show lesshi this is jing

The app may benefit from a usability study to simplify its usage for the people who are not so app savvy. Sometimes invitees have hard times seeing the changes or appointments on the home page. Perhaps a simple video showing how to use the app showing how to find invites or how to navigate will help. Also for the edits to show up the app has to be closed and opened again which is not a usual behavior for most apps. Otherwise this is a very useful tool. Thank youShow lessDilek5

A lot of apps are locked behind a subscription paywall however this one is locked behind an invite-a-friend wall of 5 friends. Since I can’t use this app without that forced requirement this app is only worth the 1 star as I choose not force that requirement on all my friends.Keanoj

This app is great! I love how easy it is to see everyone’s schedule and it’s simple and fun. The only issue I had is that when it displays my friends calendar and I invite them to a plan, it also displays multiple of the same plan we have together. It would be nice to condense it down so it doesn’t appear multiple times/don’t see the same plan multiple times & still be able to see everyone’s calendar.Show lessAlxs0

Hey, thanks for the review! You'll be pleased to hear there's already a way to condense your friend's mutual plans on the calendar page 🙌 Just head to your settings on the top right of the home page, and toggle on 'Merge mutual plans' 😌Notifications
The app is pretty good overall, no ads or subscription required! However, my issue lies with the notifications, they’re constantly 1-3 minutes. Not once do I believe that I got a notification for an event on time, it’s always been around 2 minutes late. If not for the notifications this would have been a 5/5 app!Show lessKonwatshenhaienni

This app is amazing and has made it so easy for me and my friends to make plans and see who is busy and when. Even better is how it’s free. It’s not hard to use at all and is very user friendly. Had made it so much easier for me to plan out my weeks for my personal use too. Only thing that would make this app 10x better is if a feature would be added to allow you to make a widget so I could see my calendar on my home screen or home page. Other than that would 100% recommend this app.Show lessAbby❤️games
