Misleading premium settings and broken help system
iPhone 12 Pro Max: updated to most recent update.
Hi,
When I paid for premium I thought I would automatically get the premium perks.
Downloaded your app for Taylor Swift and paid premium for the week for the concert.
I wanted to utilise your feature of filming simultaneously with the front and back camera and it saving each separate video.
Got home and realised premium only automatically takes off the watermark. The rest of the settings you pay for you have to turn on automatically?
This is misleading to only turn off the watermark. As, once you update to premium the watermark leaves and as the only physical change in interface you expect the rest of the features to have also automatically kick in.
I am devastated to return home after filming and realise this is not the case.
I filmed all my videos on this app.
Please, is there any way I can have that feature with the footage taken?
Could you somehow send me a copy of both for all my videos ? Or please more easily is there a trick in house?
Please let me know. I am full shattered from this. And I regret paying to film and now having nothing.
